Our Friendly Advice (OFA) was founded on the belief that meaningful change begins when people are equipped with the knowledge, support, and opportunities needed to thrive. What started as a commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges has grown into a community-focused organization dedicated to education, personal development, emotional wellness, and lasting impact.

Through keynotes, workshops, coaching, parent support, professional development, and consulting services, OFA empowers youth, families, educators, and organizations to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop the confidence needed to succeed. Our approach combines practical strategies with meaningful connection, creating spaces where people feel supported, heard, and inspired to grow.

Led by Co-Founders Anthony Johnson and Durrell Marsh, OFA brings together expertise in faith-based leadership, mental health advocacy, social work, youth development, education, and community engagement. Together, they are committed to delivering relatable, actionable, and transformative experiences that meet people where they are and help them move forward with purpose.
